Effective July 28, 2026
Priah GTM ("we," "us," or "our") operates priahgtm.com and its related booking and contact forms (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
Contact form: name, email address, company name (optional), message, and up to three image attachments you choose to send us.
Intro call / booking form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (if you opt in to text reminders), message, and your choices on the text-reminder and voice-AI-experiment checkboxes.
Solve Data Problems tool: your work email address, the tools you select (CRM, data enrichment provider, go-to-market engineering tool, and connection type), and whether you opted in to marketing email. We use your email to generate your custom prompt and to follow up about it. The tool runs entirely on your own computer — we never connect to, read from, or write to your CRM or any other system you set up with it.
Website visitor data: our video pages (URLs beginning with /watch) load a visitor-identification script from Clay (see "Who We Share It With" below). It collects your IP address, the pages you visit, and basic device and browser information, and may use cookies or similar identifiers to recognize repeat visits. Other pages do not load this script — though once you have opened a video page, the script stays active until you leave or reload the Site — and we have configured Clay to process only video-page visits. We do not run any other analytics or advertising scripts.
The Site also stores a small amount of information in your browser's local and session storage — for example, whether you've dismissed the privacy notice, or the position of an optional floating widget on the homepage. That information never leaves your browser.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for a call, and keep a record of our conversation with you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
If you opt in on the Solve Data Problems tool, we also send you occasional go-to-market tips and product updates. Opting in is not required to use the tool or to receive your prompt, and you can withdraw at any time.
HubSpot, Inc. — we use HubSpot as our customer-relationship-management (CRM) system. When you submit the contact or booking form, your name, email, company, phone number, and message are sent to HubSpot so our team can follow up with you. When you use the Solve Data Problems tool, your email, the tools you selected, and your marketing opt-in choice are sent to HubSpot the same way. HubSpot processes this information on our behalf as a service provider, under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.
Clay Labs, Inc. ("Clay") — we use Clay's website-intent service to identify the companies (and in some cases the business contacts) behind visits to our video pages. Clay matches the IP address and visit data described above against third-party business databases to make that identification. Clay processes this information on our behalf as a service provider under its own privacy policy. We use the results only to understand interest in our work and to follow up with relevant companies — never for third-party advertising, and we do not sell this information.
Our booking-call provider — if you complete the intro-call form, submitting it opens a scheduling page hosted by our booking provider in a new tab. Information you enter on that page is collected directly by that provider under its own privacy policy; we don't control that page.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Priah GTM, our users, or others. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Priah GTM and our service providers, including HubSpot and Clay, are based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, submitting a form on this Site — or visiting a page where visitor identification is active — means your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We keep form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Regardless of where you're located, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your personal information, or stop using your information for a particular purpose. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and in any event within 30 days.
Where we rely on your consent — for example, marketing email you opted in to — you can withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it. Use the unsubscribe link if the email includes one, or email us at the address above and we'll take you off the list. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
We store submitted information in access-controlled database and file storage, and only our team can access it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
Questions about this policy or your personal information? Email [email protected].
Our video pages use a visitor-identification service to show us which companies are interested in our work. Form submissions are shared with our CRM to follow up with you — see our Privacy Policy for details.
